Nancy McAward RN, MMHS

Since receiving her Masters in Management of Human Services from Brandeis in 1984, Nancy has over 22 years of successful senior leadership experience in complex healthcare systems. She has served as the vice president of Patient Care Services and chief nursing officer at distinguished healthcare systems including Tufts New England Medical Center, St Thomas Heath Services, Sibley Memorial Hospital, and St Joseph Medical Center.

Nancy is unique in the healthcare world. She has a consistent track record of helping organizations turn around their financial performance while maintaining quality and service standards. She has inherited multi-million dollar budget deficits at a number of her organizations, and turned those into surpluses, often without having to resort to layoffs. Her experience also includes union negotiations. Finally, Nancy is a seasoned executive, responsible for budgets in excess of $500 million and as many as 1500 employees.

Peter Meyers

Peter Meyers is the president and founder of the Stand and Deliver Consulting Group. He leads executive seminars and trainings in high performance communication for executives and leadership teams all over the world, including Cisco and Barclay’s Bank. Peter teaches at Stanford University, IMD (Switzerland), Dominican University and the Esalen Institute in California. He is an alliance partner with Xynteo in Norway – working with leaders around the world to create breakthroughs in their communication style.

Peter is also the founder and artistic director of the Vector Theater Company in San Rafael, California, where he has launched five world premieres and developed programs for educational organizations throughout California. Peter has performed in over fifty regional theater productions in the US along with appearances on national television and film.

Joseph Grano, Jr

Joseph Grano, Jr, is a leading executive coach and consultant focused on marketing strategy. As the executive leader of several award-winning corporate marketing and communications departments – for private, public and international organizations – he has gained extensive knowledge of strategic marketing and business development. He is the president of Next-Mark, LLC, a comprehensive marketing services organization providing marketing, business strategy and communications solutions to businesses of all sizes and is a sought-after professional speaker and facilitator.

Joseph also serves as an adjunct professor of business at graduate and undergraduate level and is an experienced executive performance coach specializing in business development, marketing, communications and management issues.

He earned his MBA from the F W Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. His forthcoming books include: Shoestring Marketing for the Barefoot Entrepreneur and The Healthcare Professional’s Marketing Manual.

Ciro Cetrangolo

Ciro Cetrangolo coaches executives on a variety of information technology issues. He is the president of IntegrationWorks, Inc, an information technology consulting firm. With over 22 years of experience in the IT field serving large and small firms, his clients call on him for both his breadth and depth of experience.

His expertise includes the use of technology for business process automation, security, IT outsourcing, project design and management, and technology return-on-investment (ROI) decision-making. He helps executives make sure that any capital investments in technology pull their own weight and provide a high ROI.

He is a frequent speaker to executives on all of the topics listed above and leads a formal executive forum series on the more effective use of technology in businesses. Ciro has been frequently quoted in numerous business periodicals and is a regular columnist in business-related publications.

Andrew Neitlich

Andrew Neitlich developed the Executive Coaching Certification Program for the Center for Executive Coaching. He has over fifteen years of experience as a management consultant and executive coach. He has worked with senior executives in a variety of fields, including: technology, healthcare, professional services, universities, and foundations. His expertise includes strategy, marketing, business coaching, operational improvement, and leadership and organizational development.

Andrew received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a frequent speaker to executives on a variety of subjects, including mentoring and coaching, influence skills, leadership development, operational improvement, marketing, and strategic thinking. He is the author of five books on business leadership.
