- You get immediate access to our member area, where you can listen in on hours and hours of past teleclasses, all organized by topic. You can download these to your computer or mobile device as an mp3 file.
- You get invitations to our weekly call schedule. If you miss a call, it is always recorded and posted. If none of the calls work for you, we can roll out another one or work one-on-one with you to catch you up. All calls (other than those led by the occasional guest expert on a specialized topic) are taught directly by Andrew Neitlich, the director and founder – not someone he has trained. Calls are highly entertaining and interactive.
- We schedule a one-on-one orientation and a personalized curriculum to meet your needs. The beauty of this program is that you can go at the pace of existing teleclasses or work directly with us and at your pace to complete the program at your schedule. You decide how long you want to take to complete the program (which typically takes between 3 and 6 months).
- We schedule one-on-one calls so that you can practice different coaching scenarios.
- You get access to the ProfileXT tool and an executive session to review your results. This is a $750 value that comes as an exclusive benefit of your program.
- To get Certified, you need to complete 6 one-on-one mock coaching sessions. These are recorded and you receive a review according to ICF criteria.
- Once you are Certified, you receive the 8.5” X 11” certificate and graphics to post on your website and marketing collateral.
