ONE: Intellectual property to deliver results to executive and business clients.
You get a perpetual license to use, and adapt, our materials, which include:
- The Center for Executive Coaching executive coaching process, tools, frameworks, and methodology. We show you how to adapt this intellectual capital for coaching, training, facilitation, and consulting programs. That way, you offer a range of delivery methods to your clients, based on THEIR needs, not the restrictions imposed by a limited solution.
- The Institute for Business Growth business coaching tool kit and methodology, including license to use and adapt our proprietary, acclaimed CASTLE model for business growth. You can use the CASTLE acronym, or we will help you develop your own model using our approach.
- The Center for Career Coaching executive career transition processes and tools. Executives change jobs on average every two and a half years, especially at the C-level. You become an invaluable trusted advisor to them when you help them achieve their personal career goals. That way, they take you with them when they move to a new employer or opportunity, and expand your client base while earning the loyalty of your executive-level clients.
- The Sales Trainer Certification Institute’s turnkey sales training, coaching, and consulting modules. Sales training provides a measurable return on investment for businesses, and is a must-have solution for many professional service firms. This program gives you 42 sales training modules that you can adapt, and offer as a weekly training curriculum, three-day seminar, coaching program, and consulting program. The modules apply to salespeople at all levels, including modules about complex sales, coaching the sales manager, and professional services sales.
- The Institute for Image Consulting’s materials about corporate and product branding, individual branding, handling the media, and managing one’s personal and company image online. These materials include the work of six leading-edge experts in the image consulting field.
- Train the Trainer Certification. You get trained to train and certify others in the above materials. That way, you can easily add new people to your firm by training them yourself (or sending them to us for training, if you prefer). You can also train your clients to become business, executive, and sales training/coaching/consulting professionals, so that they bring these tools to their organizations while you are compensated accordingly.
You choose which of the above intellectual property to emphasize to your clients, and your timetable for rolling these programs out.
TWO: Intensive training.
You receive 10 days of intensive training on all of the above content (at our Sarasota Florida location), as well as:
- Delivery models for clients. You learn best practices in one-on-one coaching, group coaching, consulting, training, leadership circles, and facilitation. That way, you become a true solution provider, and can adapt your delivery to your clients’ budgets and needs. We show you the differences in these delivery models, how to set up practice areas in each, and marketing messages to attract clients and deliver results.
- Strategies and tactics to attract clients and grow your firm. You learn the ways that leading professionals use to develop business and grow a firm. Note that these strategies are not available to franchisees, who are limited in their ability to use the Internet and market outside of a limited geographic area. Our company is famous for our practical best practices, training, and support in building a firm.
- Sources of leverage so you can grow a million-dollar firm. When you join this program, you learn the most cost-effective and efficient ways to build your firm so that you are not “stuck inside it” but are rather growing it as the CEO. There are 9 points of leverage you need to implement, along with a variety of business models, and our training covers these in depth.
You also are eligible to attend any of our regular trainings that we offer with our normal Certification programs, free of charge, for a full two years.
THREE: Personalized ongoing support.
Your program includes ongoing support in the following areas, for a full two years:
- Assistance reviewing and developing your marketing messages, including your best practice website.
- Coaching support as you execute your marketing plan to get visible as a leading expert in the market.
- Review and advice about additional intellectual property that you develop.
- Bi-weekly one-on-one calls as needed to review your progress, address any challenges, and keep you on track with your goals.
