as an Executive Coach now...

Dear Friend,

At the Center for Executive Coaching (CEC) – your success is my success. After all, I wouldn’t be much of a coach if you didn’t actually succeed in your quest to become a top executive coach.

The CEC program not only gives you comprehensive executive coach training; you’ll also be taken through a step-by-step process to establish your executive coaching business. This includes a detailed marketing plan, tailored to attract your favored clients using proven successful strategies.

Eight out of ten CEC students retain their first clients while still enrolled in the program and by doing so, make a healthy return on the cost of the program before they even finish. This is, I believe, the benchmark upon which all coaching programs should be judged.

You can incorporate the practices of an executive coach into almost any profession that works with entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and up-and-coming leaders in an organization. And that makes it an attractive opportunity for people from a variety of backgrounds, including former executives, counselors, psychologists, consultants, administrators, and, of course, other types of coaches who wish to deepen their practice.

I can’t speak for other executive coaching programs and I won’t make earnings claims for you but I do know that many graduates of the CEC program are making anywhere between $150,000 and $1.4 million.

In the next 10 minutes, I’ll show you how this is possible for you …

What makes the CEC program so successful?

Simply put, no other executive coaching program gives you the “full package” necessary to succeed. By this I mean that you’ll not only learn everything you need to know about being a top executive coach but also everything that makes a coaching business thrive. But these are not tools and strategies you’ll find in college level coaching textbooks. I’ve been living and breathing these strategies for the last twenty years in my own highly lucrative executive coaching business. The point being – they work!

In a moment, I’ll tell you exactly how the unique content and structure of the CEC program is certainly your shortest route to executive coaching success. But first, a little bit about me.
For almost twenty years I’ve served as an executive coach to technology firms, health care systems, professional services firms, universities, and foundations. My clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Scripps Health Care System, Catholic Healthcare West, Sun Microsystems, University of Illinois, National Science Foundation, and Oregon State University among others.

A profession for good times and bad…

When the economy is in recession, my clients come to me to find safety and security, to tap into resilience, and to deal with the pressures of layoffs and scarce funding.

When the economy is growing, executives embrace strategies that will speed growth in their companies, from tactics to increase revenues to methods of attracting and retaining top talent. Even in good times, there is no such thing as “automatic” growth and executives now accept the ever-present specter of economic uncertainty.

Because it is difficult to maneuver in today’s economic landscape, executives seek innovative solutions and strategies in order achieve results. They are also keen to develop their leadership capabilities, including influence skills, engaging and mobilizing teams, strategic thinking, communicating powerfully, managing their relationships (a.k.a. “power base”), and building the next generation of leaders.

But they can’t just get up tomorrow and do this on their own. And they know it. And that’s where you come in. That’s why there couldn’t be a better time to be an executive coach.

But let me emphasize this again. Today’s executive / manager / entrepreneur is focused on tangible results. And an executive coach who doesn’t know how to set up an engagement destined for success – success that can be measured – simply won’t get any work.

In this business, your track record is everything
…this is the path of least resistance.

Starting an executive coaching business can be easy or difficult….difficult if you decide to learn-as-you-go on the job – which is something you are free to do…or easy if you immerse yourself into a proven successful course of study focused on arming you with the particular tools that produce tangible results.

In fact, a results driven course of study is the only way you can make it as a top coach. And why is this? If you've had any experience being a consultant or coach you already know that a successful coach with a thriving business is not about how many letters you have behind your name, or how many years you were an executive yourself, or that you're stuffed with sage business advice. The only thing your prospective client really cares about is whether or not you have the proven ability to help them succeed.

All the formal qualifications in the world are pale in comparison to your successful track record.

And the sooner you establish a track record of success, the sooner you will have a line of prospects banging down your door ready to hire you at top dollar. It’s that simple. At the CEC you will, with our guidance, focus your efforts on attaining the necessary tools, techniques, processes, and strategies that enable you to deliver results for your clients…results that you will use to fuel your marketing. Because for every satisfied client – you will generate five more ready to hire you for your…formal qualifications? Not a chance. They want the executive coach who gets results and they will pay top dollar to retain you.

So how does the CEC ensure you walk away with
everything you need to be a top executive coach?

It’s one of the things that makes us different from all other programs. In every way possible, we make the program fit you and not the other way around. Perhaps you are ready to jump in and devote yourself full-time to the CEC program. If that’s the case, then so be it and we are ready to move as fast as you are. Conceivably, you could complete the program in as little as 6 to 8 weeks.

On the other hand, you may only have a few hours a week to spend on the program. Fine. Take the time you need to absorb the materials to your satisfaction. Tune in to the interactive teleconferences whenever it suits you. If you miss one, no problem – we’ll be sending them all to you on CD anyway. You can take up to six months to finish the course of study and, if necessary, longer without any paperwork or increase in tuition.

The length of time you take will also depend on your background. Some modules you may decide to skip through quickly, while with others you’ll dig in deeper. It’s your choice based on what is best for you.

I’m sure you see the power of this approach.

It enables anyone to succeed because you immerse yourself in areas you need and skip over areas where you may already be proficient. Other programs will move you forcibly to the next module regardless of readiness…and then waste your time with training you don’t need. This is the sort of training that is the root cause of failure…despite the fact that you may receive ICF accreditation with such a program. (Bonus: When you take the CEC program, you will receive credit for half your ICF hours, should you wish to obtain this designation. Note, however, that it is not an industry requirement to possess this designation.)

The CEC program differentiates you from other executive
coaches – even the ones in the CEC program.

Our graduates give us rave reviews on this unique aspect of the CEC program. Coaching concepts, strategies, and tools won’t do anything for you unless you make them “your own.” This is vital. If you know what everyone else knows and you spout the same textbook style solutions, you will not be able to differentiate yourself in the marketplace. At the CEC, we will maximize your success by bringing your particular strengths to the fore so that you will dominate a niche. This includes providing you with the tools to create your own frameworks so that you can set yourself apart as a true thought leader and innovative executive coach. We will also help formulate your marketing infrastructure so that your niche is clearly expressed. This includes setting up your website.

And if that’s not enough to make your course of study perfect for you, you can also customize one of the modules to fit your professional needs. No other executive coaching program comes close to this personal attention, comprehensiveness, and efficiency – no doubt the reason for our past success.

Consultant Executive CoachingI have spent thousands of dollars on other training classes and your program brought significantly more value to our day-to-day activities than they did. The price is very justified, given the step-by-step and the comprehensive, valuable, applicable advice that is offered. It is a must for any professional looking at starting a firm.Consultant Executive Coaching

Virtually everyone who made the decision to take the CEC program said they were unaware of how big an impact it would have on their coaching skills and, in particular, the success of their coaching business.

Just a few of the strategies and techniques you’ll
learn from this extraordinary program…

Here are some of the approaches that I’ve refined over the last 20 years in a variety of industries:

Step up and do what must be done…

Most coaching programs teach that you should ask your clients lots of questions to provoke an ‘ah-ha’ moment where your client arrives ‘naturally’ at a desired conclusion. While this is certainly a valid coaching skill, it is simply not enough – especially in the case of executives.

In the CEC program, you will go a step further. You will acquire unique skills of intervention that enable you to express insightful and necessary observations as well as a variety of ways to perhaps do what needs doing: deliver a firm kick in the pants.

As you can imagine – doing so requires a finely tuned set of skills, adaptable to a variety of situations. You will absorb these skills by employing the dozens of provided frameworks and worksheets included in the CEC program: communicating powerfully and clearly, building their power base, improving relationships with one's direct supervisor, engaging and mobilizing employees, setting a clear strategy and direction, building the organization's leadership capacity, eliminating blind spots that can derail a career…and much more.

Learn to walk the high wire of executive coaching…

Your success as an executive coach depends on your ability to balance the elements required for a successful engagement. For example, think about how you must balance your relationship with the client vs. the agreed upon results. If you push too hard for outcomes, you hurt the relationship and come across as coercing. However, if you focus too much on the relationship, you won’t achieve results.

This is no doubt the area where coaches make the most mistakes and the reasons for this are many. Often coach and / or client are anxious to get going and there has not been enough preparation and planning to ensure that goals can be achieved.

Here I’ve illustrated the necessity to balance just two elements that are necessary for a successful engagement: relationship vs. results. However, the reality is that you are actually balancing no less than seven key elements that ensure your success as an executive coach.

When choosing an executive coaching program, consider the following…

At the CEC we’ll focus your efforts in order to master these skills. When you complete your study, you will have developed the capacity to draw upon your knowledge intuitively. This is an essential skill, wholly necessary in order to be a top coach. You are, much of time, engaged in dialog with your client and your tools must be at the ready in your mind…not in your notebook somewhere.

The efficient and lucrative path to executive coaching…

If your client is not excited and interested to speak with you then you are likely doing something wrong. There are multitudes of ways to get just about any type of client fired up about every stage of your coaching process. If you are not able to solicit the information you need and get commitments from your clients in a compelling and perhaps even thrilling manner – your service will not gain a favorable reputation and your business will suffer. At the CEC you will learn how to make each phase of your coaching enjoyable for your client – you will also see how efficient and lucrative this approach will be for your business.

How to avoid the inherent challenges in executive coaching…

Executives often know exactly what they want to achieve and are realistic about how to make it happen. Their problem, however, is that they don’t want to be coached on how to get ‘from here to there’ – even if they agree that coaching is necessary. In short, they don’t want to be told anything. All of them have this tendency in varying degrees. Some of them don’t mind telling you directly – and others hide it to the point that you may come to believe they are open to any sort of direction or assessment from you. This is a mistake. Clients will be different and I will show you how to create the necessary ‘coachable environment’ with them. Telling you these skills are ‘essential’ is a grand understatement. If you do not possess a range of skills that enable you to work with these ‘difficult types’ your coaching business will not thrive because these are the very executives who need your help the most. However, if you are successful in this regard, you will certainly join the ranks of “top executive coach.”

Engagement architecture for success…

An area in which coaches face significant challenge is the setting of scope and boundaries. Boundaries are most often overstepped because they were not clearly defined. And once they are, the damage will certainly strain your relationship and could trigger your dismissal.

However, this is an easy situation to avoid as long as you set up the engagement properly. I say ‘properly’ because you must have influence here or you may find yourself hemmed in and prevented from doing your job. We’ll show you how to pose questions that set the scope and boundaries in which your clients feel comfortable, yet allow your mission to succeed.

For example, think what might happen if you did not ask, “What political landmines should I avoid when speaking to your colleagues?” Without this information you could kill an engagement on the first day. At the CEC, you will receive all the tools and processes necessary for smooth and successful engagements – every time.

How to make your executive coaching a highly targeted service…

A top coach has developed extraordinary techniques of assessment. Coaches often drop the ball here because instead of mapping out an efficient assessment process targeted at specific results – they do what they always do with every other client and conduct endless surveys, interviews, and analysis. It’s probably the best way to frustrate your client early in the process, particularly because the results often don’t reveal anything more than what everyone knew at the beginning.

What are you trying to assess? And what techniques do you have in your toolbox to make this assessment phase effective? Do you know how to create an assessment framework? These are some of the finer points of instruction that you’ll learn at the CEC. Insights that are the result of your assessment process should be nothing short of enlightening and I’ll show you how to do this even in the most challenging engagements.

…And of course you’ll also get all the practical “nuts and bolts” of executive coaching like how to write a winning proposal, how to structure the engagement, and how to perform specific assessments…

As well as…

The three most effective ways to coach the consistently uncoachable. The bonus is that you will make more money and work with clients who are committed to success!

How to quickly motivate the client who loves to constantly debate you, to move ahead and make required improvements.

The best and perhaps only productive way to assist the client who has behavioral blindspots that put his or her career at risk.

How to uncover and shift the core values, beliefs, and habits that stand in the way of progress.

Use this highly effective strategy to get a client who has lost the urge to change, back on track.

How to get the “comfortable” client to move into unknown territory toward success.

Personalized Attention and Support -- NOT a franchise

Please understand that my program is not a stack of ‘derivative’ materials handed down to, and taught by, someone who fancies himself better as a teacher than a real coach. I take great pride in fact that I DO and TEACH at the same time.

However, practicing and teaching (as well as being a husband and father) puts serious demands on my time and in consequence enables me to take on a very limited number of students at any given time. If you are serious about committing to the CEC program then please inquire immediately to check space availability.

The cost of the CEC program is $3,475.00, payable in 5 monthly installments of just $695 for convenience. If you have done some research on other programs, you’ll know that we fall some where in the middle to low price range.

However, many programs focus only on one area of executive coaching: behavioral coaching but not transformational coaching; process but not content; communication skills but not strategic clarity; one type of assessment tool but not others. The CEC program on the other hand is comprehensive and for those who wish to enroll in a single course that requires no further training. If you intend on attracting and retaining executive clients this year – then the CEC program is for you. Like I mentioned, eight out ten students make the cost of the program back before they even graduate.

Research it yourself, no one else offers an executive coaching program this comprehensive, efficient, and customizable. Not at any price!

The CEC Program No Risk Guarantee
“We Work Until its Right”

If there is anything related to executive coaching and marketing your practice, anything at all, that you expected in your program but it just doesn’t seem to be included, let us know.

Here are the steps we will take at our own expense to make the situation right and become a benefit for you:

Step #1:
We will work with you to create a course module that specifically meets your needs.

Step #2:
We will research the module.

Step #3:
We will develop and refine the new material.

Step #4:
We will coordinate and hold a student teleconference to teach the new course module.

We are that committed to being flexible and meeting your expectations. Honestly, I doubt that you will find anything missing in your program, but if you do, take comfort in knowing that we will do whatever it takes to meet and exceed your expectations.  I challenge you to find any other program that offers this level of assurance.

Allow me to take a moment to recap what you get...

A lot of stuff, I know.

But there’s one more thing I’d like you to have.

BONUS:

Guru Millionaire

Guru Millionaire - Yours FREE. A $79.00 Value.
by Andrew Neitlich.

Within the 173 pages of Guru Millionaire, you can unlock a passive revenue stream. This is a thorough step-by-step method to create revenue that is not dependent on your time. In other words, you’ll be free to pursue other activities while earning this income. I won’t sugarcoat it, there’s initial work to be done but you can accomplish this bit by bit as you concentrate on your new executive coaching business.

At a certain point, your efforts will reach a critical mass and you will see this hands-off income stream start to flow into your bank account. No, it’s not a ‘get rich quick’ scheme where you sit back and do nothing. But if you’re prepared to do some initial work to start the ‘passive income’ ball rolling, you’ll find overwhelming value in Guru Millionaire.

To my delight, Guru Millionaire has become a growing subject of interest from inquiries into this program. It’s no wonder, given that it enables you to create a revenue stream based on knowledge you already have.

If you enroll in the CEC program today, I’ll send it out to right away with all the other materials.

Being an executive coach is not for everyone. If you like to do things by rote and formula then executive coaching is not for you. However, if you possess a keen sense of human dynamics and how they interface with organizations and wish to apply your sensibility to achieve the extraordinary - then you may find yourself in that top 5% of earners in a relatively short time.

Thank you for your time,

A special section for those with reservations…

“I’m already a coach – I don’t really need your program.”

If you are already a consultant or life coach, the CEC will put more “meat on the bones” of what you can offer. A successful coach is one that has a vast pool of content. What is your content? And what does your content do for your client? If nothing comes immediately to mind then your coaching skills likely need sharpening. Without exception, the consultants and coaches who enrolled in this program have expressed their gratitude in regard to their significantly enhanced coaching content.

“Executive coaching sounds like a daunting proposition – I don’t know if I’m up for trading wits with an executive hot-shot.”

As an executive coach, you are not expected to have the skill to step in and solve your client’s problems. Rather, an effective coach assists the client on the path to a solution with a number of proven effective tools, an understanding of human dynamics, empathy for others, and a respect for all temperaments and modes of operation. You are not there to fix. You are there to facilitate successful results with your coaching skills and tools. When you enroll in the CEC program, you will acquire the widest range of coaching skills and tools available from any course. Take, for example, a situation where your client has difficulty in building the necessary relationships in order to achieve their goal. Other programs typically throw cookie cutter tools at this difficultly that almost always fail because they don’t address the underpinnings of the problem. In the CEC program, you will learn to meet your client’s challenges with a deeper perspective, thereby truly assisting them.

NOTE: The CEC program is only available through this online offer, and the manuals cannot be acquired in any bookstore.
