The production manager must come up with a solution in order to address the issue. He or she must make a leaner production schedule or he or she must purchase more production machinery. Increase in labor might also be a solution to this problem. When the production problems are solved, the finance problems are solved, and the marketing problems are solved, then maybe there might be a problem in the info tech department. The info tech manager must come up with a solution right away or else the company will suffer. If the company got infected with a virus then the info tech manager must do something to fix it.
